MCSC fundraising BBQ Saturday 2 December @ Bunnings Smithfield Volunteers needed. Contact Marilyn Woods to get your name on the BBQ roster (over 15's only) or on the cake stall roster (any age). If you want to donate cakes only, please also let Marilyn know.  Cakes cannot have fresh cream and must have an ingrediants list. Check out the WhatsApp group for details... or ask Troy.   

A great night of fun for the whole family, including: Fun relays for kids and parents! Presentations, and a special visit from Santa. Pizza will be available and tickets must be purchased in advance (gluten free and vegetarian pizza will also be available).   RSVP by Tuesday 28 November.  Tickets must be purchased to RSVP and ticket sales close at midnight on 28 Nov.  Soft drinks can be purchased on the night - $2 Note: due to the size of the club and popularity of our club night, we must ask everyone attending to purchase a ticket to help cover the food costs for the night.
