This is a special club night aimed at younger swimmers and any kids who are in Learn to Swim. It includes shorter races, fun activities and lots of help from our senior swimmers.  It will be held in the 25m pool.  Everyone is welcome to come - young and old - you don't have to be in Learn to Swim. No need to sign up.  Swimmers must be able to swim half the length of the 25m pool.  Warm up starts at 4.45pm.  Dinner available from club canteen Please pre-order below for catering numbers (pay on the night). Marlin Coast's home carnival is on Friday evening and Saturday: 18-19 October 2024. Our major fundraiser for the year is nearly here - Ironman Aid Station on Sunday 16th June 2024.  The day is long, but lots of fun... Come dressed in your outrageous Hawaiian gear and hand out water, gels and gatoraide to Ironman competitors on the cycling stage. The age limit is 12 and over but younger siblings are always welcome.  Once at Thala you are there until the cycling event finishes at 4.30pm.  Food will be provided, but feel free to bring along your own snacks too. The Marlin Coast Swim Club event of the year is fast approaching.  This is a family friendly, fun event where we can celebrate our successes and have a chance to eat, dance and be merry together.  The following provides you with all the information you need to know...... Dinner Cost is $55 per person for adults and over 10 year olds.  Children 10 and under $25 per person.  Dinner will be a buffet and include: Mains: * Chicken breast penne pasta * Pumpkin cashew nut risotto * Beef rump medallions Salads * Green, Pasta , Brown Rice and Rocket and Parmesan salads Sides:  * Potato au gratin, Roast vegetable medley and Crispy chips Dessert: * Cake and gf cake.
