You need to nominate by midday Thurs 1 Feb via Swim Central to participate in the club night races, as we are using the touch pads to better simulate race practice. Events include 50m freestyle, breast stroke, backstroke and butterfly, plus 400m freestyle.Â
Warm up starts at 4.45pm.Â
